Traqr is a school bus tracking app that helps parents and schools monitor student commutes in real time. When I joined the project, the app had an outdated interface and a confusing user experience that made core features like live tracking and alerts hard to use.
The redesign focused on improving clarity, accessibility, and trust. The UX was rebuilt from the ground up, simplifying navigation, restructuring information hierarchy, and creating intuitive flows for both parents and school administrators. The goal was to make tracking feel effortless and reliable.

Alongside the product overhaul, I rebranded Traqr with a fresh visual identity that felt safe, approachable, and modern. Clean typography, warm colours, and clear iconography replaced the dated design, giving the product a renewed sense of confidence and credibility.
The result was a user-friendly app and cohesive brand system that redefined how Traqr communicates reliability and care to its users.
